The only one I know of that's here is XCE, it's a very good base smooths out some of the roughest edges, so to speak but you'd generally want skin textures and possibly a body mod as well as XCE, plus something to sort out the hair.
You can add more specific replacers on top of that if you like, such as Seranaholic and the Bijin series.

Check the Hair,Face and Body category on the Nexus. I'm walking around amazing 4k skyrim and dynamic weather and lighting my immersion is being broken by these ugly npcs with there cardboard hair and low polygons.
